We were referred to Brady Hyland by a real estate agent in Waterloo as we were purchasing a condo there and wanted a local agent to help us sell our condo in Oshawa. We told her that we had taken two years to find our last purchase and are particular enough that we would probably not be buying the first unit to come along and were not willing to sell until we located our new home location.
